Qualified Accountant's Certificate

As requested by Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), a ‘sophisticated investor’ or ‘wholesale client’ is required to have a qualified accountant certifying that they have a prescribed net asset or gross income level as follows:

a gross income of A$250,000 or more per annum in each of the previous two years, OR
net assets of at least A$2.5 million (reg 6D.2.03 and reg 7.1.28).

We provide online certificate for individuals meet ONE of the above requirement.

Please note: the certificate is valid for two years from the date of issue. Price is excluding GST.
